As a student, you would have a lot of confusion about which laptop to buy? what would be the best laptop under a tight budget? Will all of my work be done in that laptop? Here are some recommendations about which laptop would be the best. But first of all here are the tips while buying any laptop for studies. Which laptop to buy for engineering?  You do not need very expensive laptops for your studies (Not even for Computer Engineers)!!! As a computer engineer, I know this from experience that even a laptop with minimal amount of RAM, Storage or Processor would do the job as most of the times you would just need to do programs that you could do even on mobile! But for projects, you might need to use softwares  like Android Studio etc that could be easily run on an i3 processor with 4GB of RAM.
